To use our wool insoles, insert them into your slipper or other footwear, on top of the footbed. Keep the insole lying as flat as possible; if your insoles are too big, you can trim them until they lay flat in your shoes without ridges or wrinkles. Trim along the heel to shorten the insole; if the wool frays, it will not affect the integrity of the insole.

We have wool insoles sized for men and women. Our insoles are available in a variety of sizes (8-13 for men, 5-10 for women), so most of our customers do not need to trim their insoles. Should you find your insole is too large or too small, take advantage of our exchange policy to find the perfect size for your footwear. We are also happy to make custom sized insoles on request.
